Zen My Den Customer Policy
Life happens and cancellations happen however a cancellation fee of $100 dollars will be charged for last minute cancellations.
Payments please e-transfer to zenmydencleaners@gmail.com or arrange a cash payment.
Pets-we love pets but pets don’t always love our cleaning solutions and the noise we make. Please make sure your pets are comfortable during our visit to your home.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any home with unsafe/aggressive pets.
Entry to homes-it is the responsibility of the client to allow our cleaners access to the home or business. Garage or deadlock codes are a great way for us to gain access if you are not home.
Family illness-if a family member of the household is home sick, we reserve the right to reschedule your clean as we don’t want to put our staff at risk.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of home/items in the home.
We offer septic friendly and natural products available on request, please communicate this want before hand.
We have a minimum booking of two hours. If we send 2 cleaners out, you will be charged the hourly rate per cleaner.
We reserve the right to refuse a clean if the home is unsafe or if our cleaners feel unsafe. For example hoarding or inappropriate behavior of the home owner, etc.
